Easy Baby Steps to help you Lose Weight

Hello Luuuxers, So here are more healthy tips that can help you lose weight. We all know that it takes a lot of hard work and dedication but everything starts with little baby steps. You will not see improvement overnight. It must be earned with hard work, blood, sweat, and tears. LITERALLY. WHEW! I so need to keep my mind motivated and try to stay on the right path. I have been trying to control my eating habits but still need to work on it some more. One of my biggest problems is controlling my portions mainly because my eyes tend to be bigger than my stomach and I hate wasting food. Follow these easy tips: Eat Breakfast to help kick start your day. (it is the most important meal of the day) Eat in moderation (3 meals a day with 3 snacks in between with fruits and veggies) Try to eat healthier food and cut bad carbs Take baby steps (walk, then speed walk, then run) Add a little workout into your day (walking, running, jump rope, push ups) Drink plenty of water (1 hr before eating usually helps) That is all for the quick and easy tips. I know it is hard depending on the type of person you are. I mean that because when I used to work the graveyard shift my eating habits were completely out of control. I sleep during the day, and work at night. So that contributed to me eating unhealthy snacks and drinking a lot of caffeine just to help get me through the 8 hrs work shift. UGH. What do you think?
