Easy, Affordable, At home Manicure!

Hey Luuuxers,

Here I am going to tell you how to save some $$ and give yourself a manicure at home:)

What you`ll need:
1. Nail Polish Remover
2.Cotton balls/rounds
4.Nail File
5.Cuticle Oil
6.Cuticle Pusher
7.Nail Buffer
8.Polish of your choice
9.Top Coat

Optional: Base coat, stickers, cuticle cutter, nail brush!

Okay lets get started!:)

Step 1: Remove any nail polish, try to remove as much as possible, for best results.

Step 2: Take your file, and shape them how you like, then take your buffer and buffer your nail bed for a nice smooth shiny surface.

Step 3: Apply a unscented lotion to hands, I recommend unscented just in case your a allergic.

Step 4: Take your cuticle pusher and clean under your nails, and push back your cuticles(helps nail growth)

Step 5: Apply cuticle oil to your cuticles to each nail, I am using "Beauty Secrets Cuticle Oil" from Sally`s Beauty Salon. (2-5 dollars) massage the oil in your cuticles.Wipe away any oil that gets on your nail.

Step 6: Apply you nail polish choice, any will do. I am using a recent purchase Wet n Wild nail polish in "Undercover" apply one even coat, let dry fully, then apply a second to get a more opaque color.

Step 7: Apply your favorite top coat, this is actually not my favorite, but I couldnt find mine. So I used a Sally Hansen Top Shine. I recommend using only one good coat of this.

Step 8: Take a cotton swab and dip it in remover to clean up any edges. also apply another layer of cuticle oil,for nice clean, soft skin:)

Then DONE! it`s fairly simple, as affordable. You can of course change it up depending on your preference. I however do not like base coats, but you could totally use one!
