I don`t normally post on the weekend, but I forgot to preschedule this manicure to go up on Friday...soooo, here I am! I waited till very, very late to do an Easter Manicure. I kept teetering back and forth trying to decide what I was going to wear. I thought about just a solid color with an accent nail, polkadots, flowers, etc. As I was about to do my nails, though, I spotted an Easter plate, so I thought I`d start there and add in flowers to create a spring-day scene. I can`t possibly remember right now what the different polishes were that I used, but I can tell you I am wearing Julep Jessica as the blue base color. I stamped in the bunny on the egg, but had to go back in on areas of the bunny because he was a bit sheer (even using a Konad special polish). I selected different flowers to go on all of the nails and then just brushed in the grass on all nails. I like the scene as a whole, but I partially feel that it is busy when looking down at my nails. Unless you spend a couple seconds looking at my nails, at a glance it looks like a splattering of different colored polishes. HAHA! So, what are you wearing on your nails for Easter?
