For dinner the other night I decided to make something easy and that I can literally just leave on the stove to cook itself. I came home late and I was tired so I turned to a recipe that I found on pinterest and decided to give it a try fro dinner that night. The dish is basically a tomato basil pasta but what intrigued me about the recipe is the face that you literally just throw in all the ingredients into a pot and just let it boil and cook itself. No fuss no standing over the stove for hours and no prepping ingredients for long either. Ill have the recipe linked below but Ill just briefly describe the step by step process. You basically take a pot and place your ingredients of pasta (I used fettuccini), vegetable broth, onions, basil, can of diced tomatoes, garlic, pepper flakes, and oregano and bring it to a boil. Once it starts to boil you turn the heat down and let it simmer for 10-13 minutes and voila dinner is ready! I did add some salt and pepper to taste as well as some parmesan cheese. Its seriously the easiest thing to make and its a great recipe for anyone who is busy and needs to get food on the table. ______________________________________________________________________
