Drugstore Eye Make-up Faves.

I love me some Chanel, M.A.C, Bobbi Brown, YSL, Clinique, etc when it comes to cosmetics. But that doesn`t mean my cosmetic drawer doesn`t have room for drugstore brands. There`s actually a lot of drugstore brands that I prefer to some of the higher end brands. My favorite mascara`s always come from Maybelline and some of my all time favorite lip products come from L`oreal. Today I`m focusing my attention on eye products.

Let`s get started.

First on my list are my current favorites for mascara, both from Maybelline. The first is Illegal Length waterproof mascara in Blackest Black. This mascara, no joke, is so much better than all the higher end mascara`s I`ve tried. It makes my super short, stick straight Asian lashes super long and full. Thank freaking goodness! The second mascara is their new Mega Plush waterproof mascara. This mascara is a gel formula, so it`s super light. It didn`t give me the "plush" look that the model was wearing in the ads, but it did give my lashes nice seperation. It gave it a little volume and length with 4 coats. If you`re going for a more dramatic look, this mascara is not for you. The formula is light and feels good to wear during humid weather. Both products were $5.99 at Target.

The third product that I`m currently loving is my Maybelline Color Tattoo eyeshadow in Bold Gold. It lasts just as long as my Chanel illusion d`ombre cream shadows and my Make-up Forever cream shadows. The color pay off is amazing on these shadows. I need to grab more colors! Shadow was $5.99 at Target.

The last product is this Wet N Wild Color Icon eyeshadow palette in Comfort Zone. This palette has amazing dupes for some of M.A.C `s shadows. One color in the palette really surprised me. It was a perfect dupe for M.A.C`s Club eyeshadow. The color pay off on these are incredible. All 8 colors in the palette are gorgeous! And the texture of the shadows feel like high end shadows. They`re not chalky at all. I am so in love with this palette. It sits right by my Naked palette and my Smashbox Soft Box palette. I`m going to have a look see at their other eye shadow palette`s and products. I am so impressed how far Wet N Wild has come from way back in the 90`s. This palette was only $4.99 at Wal Mart.
