i absolutely love drinking tea! not only is it healthy for you, but there are some quite tasty tea out there. they also have an amazing fragrance that is absolute, well, amazing! but guess what? there`s one specific kind of tea that helps lower blood pressure, it`s not just any ordinary tea, it`s black tea. studies show that drinking black tea helps lower blood pressure. but not just once in a while. you have to drink three cups of tea daily and you may start seeing results in a month!
There was a study done for male and female from ages 35 to 75. there were two groups that had high blood pressure. one drank tea that contained powdered black tea solids with milligrams of polyphenols and caffeine. and one drank tea that had the same fragrance and flavor but no black tea solids, polyphenols, or caffeine whatsoever. well, guess which group had lower blood pressure? as some of you guys may know, polyphenols are basically antioxidants that you find in specific foods like broccollis, cherries, cranberries, and stuff.
so all of you tea drinkers, keep up the good work! and the non tea drinkers, well, you better start drinking some black tea!
