usually when we cook dried fish, we always just fry it until its ready to eat. but sometimes my mother changes the recipe a little bit by adding a little more oil than usual. they she adds some seasoning to make it taste better and to even out the salty flavor. and then finally she also fries in a few chops of tomatoes. with this, its no longer just a simple fried dried fish because it did taste a lot better than usual :)
