Dr. Scholl`s Massaging Gel Inserts

I`ve been wanting to buy these gel inserts for a very long time, but always declined because I guess I just had the wrong impression of them. I never thought they`d actually work or make a difference, but while at Payless, these gel inserts were half off their original price, so I paid about $2.50 for a pair.

I bought them along with the flats I featured in my last post, and those were a size 6.5. The gel inserts were meant for sizes 5-9, but there were no other sizes available. I didn`t think they`d fit in my shoes, but to my surprise, they did! In fact, they fit perfectly.

Besides the cute cheetah print, there`s a sticky adhesive on the flip side that you place inside your shoes. The inserts are super thin, and when you wear your shoes with them inside, you don`t feel them! Before I bought the flats, I tried them on, and they were on the tight side and bit uncomfortable, but I thought all they needed were to be broken in, but I felt a HUGE difference with the inserts. I walked so much more comfortably, and they help immensely if you need to walk or stand for long periods of time in a day. So I was really impressed. They help relieve a lot of pressure from the feet because of the gel insoles placed on the ball and heel of the foot. It`s awesome!

The one thing I don`t like about these inserts is the adhesive. It`s not sticky enough, so it often falls out of the shoe if you hold the shoe sideways, but that`s the only problem I`ve experienced with these.

I`d highly recommend! I`m definitely going to be buying more for other pairs.

Do you own inserts? How do you like them?

Thanks for reading!
