Hi everyone! I haven`t done a food post in soo long! So I decided to share this quick and fun meal that I have been making a lot lately! It`s basically a healthier version of your typical pizza! My mom found the recipe from a Shoprite recipe card. It doesn`t take long and is so good! Also you don`t have to feel guilty about taking another slice! Haha! Anyways all you need is a whole wheat pizza crust, sauce, shredded cheese, mushrooms and broccoli! You can actually throw on any veggies that you want I usually add some red pepper now too. This is a picture of the first time I made it and we threw some ham that we had left over on it too. But usually it is just a veggie pizza! Then just set your oven to 350 and let it cook until the cheese is melted. Then you just slice it up and enjoy! I love making this on Fridays for a much more healthier version of a pizza Friday!
