I`ve really been slacking off in terms of eating healthy and exercising since I started up work again, so I made sure I had a lot of veggies today!
For dinner, I had a baked sweet potato with honey. I loooooove sweet potatoes! I also had some cut up yellow bell pepper, baby carrots and broccoli with hummus on the side. It was surprisingly really filling! I always physically feel better when I eat healthy, so hopefully I can keep this up!
