DOTN: Spareribs, vermicelli with tofu, and bok choy

Thinking about what to have for dinner is always a headache. Sometimes I just want to go out and eat. But I always end up cooking. So today I decided to cook some spareribs. I stir fried them with Black Bean and Garlic Sauce, bok choy (easy and fast), vermicelli with fried tofu cubes with osyter sauce, and a bowl of white rice. I love to use the sauce from the spareribs over the rice. It makes me want to eat even more.
