Ive been trying to eat healthier. So I can say this is semi healthy . I made some chicken with veggies and potato with a bit of a side salad.
The chicken I grilled it, I also used liquid smoke to give it that grilled outside taste. I love that! I mean I love bbqs so that give its a little summer feel since it`s to cold outside...
My veggies have some sauce and sour cream on top. It`s for the most part healthy....lol. My only complaint is on cooking the potatoes it takes long than everything else I cooked.
Of course we had to have a side salad..Yummm!!!!!
It`s been a lazy weekend, I had to do so many things but didn`t do anything at all, just clean but that`s no fun...lol..
