My husband wanted salad rolls for dinner last night and I went out and brought a filet. I decided to bake the salmon and make salad rolls with it. It was really good. Usually, when my family back home have this meal my dad gets a white fish because it`s moister. I couldn`t agree more. What I did was placed some seasonings on both sides of the filet and placed the filet in the oven for about 375 degrees and baked for about 20-25 mins. I let it sit and rest for a few mins before serving it. I love having this as a meal because it`s so easy and simple to make, plus it`s DELISH! Of course, I had the usually condiments such as herbs and rice noodles to go along making salad rolls with fish sauce as our dips.
