Tonight`s dinner was pretty delicious! Filling and healthy all at the same time. Fresh herbs from the mini garden in the backyard really mad this meal. Sure seasoning from the cabinet is great, but knowing your green thumb did some of the work is pretty cool.
Chicken: Season with with black pepper, garlic powder, poultry seasoning, olive oil, fresh rosemary and parsley and bake in the oven. I used legs and thighs.
Potatoes: Chop into medium-large pieces, cook and season with butter (or butter substitute) parsley, rosemary, pepper and seasoning salt. You can also use the drippings from the chicken instead of butter - soooo delicious.
Salad: Spinach, Iceberg, Tomatoes, parmesean, Cucumbers & Caesar Dressing
Beverage: My guilty pleasure... Cranberry Juice, and 1/4scoop of Countrytime Lemonade Mix - in my favorite mason jar =)
