DOTN: Roast pork, Salmon, spareribes, egg, amp bok choy

For dinner tonight I made steamed eggs, bok choy **but this is the one with the green stalk instead of the white stalk**, steamed salmon with fermented black beans and garlic, and spareribs. I also had roast pig, pork, which I bought at this grocery store. For the spareribs, it`s not the steamed version. I actually baked these in the oven at 375 F for about 35 min. But I had them marinated in Spare rib sauce by Lee Kum Kee overnight. And they tasted really good. For the salmon, I just rinsed some fermented black beans and minced them along with some garlic and spread it over the top of the salmon. I then drizzled some oil on top and steamed that for about 15 min. I ate almost everything that night except for salmon. I not really into fish. I think I haven`t eaten fish for like 2
