Tonight for dinner my mom and I made vegetarian lasagna!
We packed it with veggies like zucchini, yellow squash, tomatoes, green bell peppers, onions, mushrooms, garlic, celery, spinach and carrots. We also added two layers of low fat ricotta cheese. I went a little overboard on the mozzarella cheese, but I`m a cheese addict so I couldn`t help it. Plus it was low fat so, meh didn`t hurt too bad!
