So I thought I would share with you guys one of my dinners I made for my lovely family this past week. The weather here was rainy for 4 days straight and I love eating yummy, yet healthy soup on days like that. Very filling and so tasty. Now this recipe I just threw together myself. My grandmother has an amazing recipe but although yummy is not great for my waist line so when I tried to make my own I just put in it things I love.
