I wasn`t feeling rice tonight so I decided to make some chicken dumpling noodle soup. I just chopped up some chicken breasts and some chinese cabbage. Mixed some soy sauce, salt, oyster sauce, and 1 egg into the meat mixture. Then I wrapped them up in dumpling skins. Cooked the noodle and then the dumpling. Boiled some water for the broth and I used the Vegetarian Bouillon Chicken Broth with no MSG. I added some chinese green onions for some extra kick. Stir fried some bok choy and put everything together and that`s dinner. And I gotta always have my Siracha hot sauce.
