DOTN: Fried Chicken and Roast Duck with Bok Choy

It`s the time of the day again. Dinner!! And for dinner tonight, I had fried chicken, the chinese style, not the american fried chicken. These are my favorite fried chicken. It`s really hard to find. Not all stores carry them. The texture of the fried skin and taste is perfect in every way. I also had roast duck which I don`t eat as often cause it`s really oily and fat. I bought this roast duck at a different place than I usually do and I must say, it`s really comparable. This is the second best roast duck I`ve eaten. And of course for every meal, there has to be veggies and I chose boy choy. It was easy and fast to cook, that`s the main reason I chose to make that
