The other night I found a recipe for tortellini soup, I love pasta of all kinds and tortellini is one of my favorites so of course I had to make it. Because it is a slow cooker recipe I didn`t end up eating until about 2AM but it was worth waiting for! I made a lot of changes off the original recipe and it came out amazing! I used packets of alfredo sauce, chicken broth, garlic, onions, mushrooms, some basil and oregano, and tortellini. Right before serving I stirred in a small can of evaporated milk and fresh spinach. I wish I had shredded parmesan to put on top, but grated did just fine. I will be making this again and again :)
