I made a very different kind of dinner last friday. Sorry again for the quality of the photo (from IPOD) and for some reason half the picture is blurry. But anyways I made a healthier version of a pizza without DOUGH! I used a tortilla then added ready made marinara sauce, cheese, and the toppings for one pizza I made a"Hawaiian-esc) pizza with pineapple chunks diced and sliced turkey. For the second one I made a "Margherita-esc) pizza with basil,sauteed spinach,chicken,tomatoes. You put it in the oven for 10 minutes on 425 degrees and it`s SO GOOD AND LIGHT! I also made a chicken salad with pineapple, tomatoes,cucumbers and dressing. Everyone loved it and it was different from
what I usually cook up for dinner.
