There are certain food that I really have to stay away from but taste oh so delish! Pozole is one of them. It is usually made differently from place to place. At our house, we make it red with hominy, pork meat. For toppings we use sliced Cabbage, Salsa, tomato, onion, lime, radish and eat it along side with a tostada.
I have also tried green <em> Pozole</em> with chicken ,bacon, ham. Which is also really good.
Have you ever tried Pozole??
