I have been craving macaroni and cheese something fierce the last almost two weeks. I decided since we didn`t have a set plan for dinner yesterday and my boyfriend was having leftovers, that I was going to make myself some mac & cheese. Since he doesn`t eat it, I made a small batch for myself, which I made into 2 meals and it turned out delicious.
I took 5 ounces of Barilla pasta and boiled it until a detente. I then drained it and put it back in the pot. While my pasta was boiling I took a bag of Green Giant cauliflower and cheese and microwaved it for 4 minutes so it was partly defrosted/cooked. I then added the cauliflower and cheese packet to my plain pasta. I then took a wedge of Laughing Cow sundried tomato cheese and mixed that in, turned the flame on low and let it all come together so the laughing cow could melt. I then seasoned it up with a little bit of salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Overall it was fabulous!
