This was my dinner from Friday night. Classic baked chicken, baked potato & onions, paired along side some brussel sprouts and stewed green beans. I will say the chicken and potatoes were fantastic, but the veggies were a complete fail. I had taken both out of the freezer and cooked the sprouts per what the bag stated for microwave directions and they turned out quite yucky, they were overcooked and soggy. The green beans had been homemade, I took them out of the freezer and they did NOT freeze well.
Now onto the part of my meal that WAS good. I used Perdue seasoned chicken breast and baked them in the oven per the package directions. Along with that I made some potatoes that I baked off in the oven with garlic and onion seasoning on them. I added in some minced garlic, chopped onion, olive oil and a pack of McCormick seasoning and let them bake for 25 minutes, tossing them at that point and then baked them for another 25 minutes. The chicken and the potatoes came out wonderfully!
