Im glad strawberries are back on stores and so i can have a sweet and healthy dessert.
Today after lunch i had for dessert some strawberries with a bit of sugar to make them more sweet. It was great!
I usually mixed them in yogurt for a snack in the afternoon or lately i add some french vanilla ice cream and its perfect ( i posted that before actually) but all "au naturel" is just as good.
Besides being sweet and a low calorie choice, they also have a lot of other health benefits because they have a lot of vitamins and anti-oxidants. The only thing about these is that they are huge, which probably means they were grown with additives, but almost all you find in stores are and they are still good.
