For dinner today, I had a bowl of Vietnamese curry and a piece of bread. I know other people eat their curry over rice and their curry is a lot thicker in consistency. My mom`s curry is super runny like water. I know other Vietnamese curry have a much lighter color than my mom`s.
My mom included very large chunks of potato and meat into the curry. It was a bit spicy this time, but I still enjoyed it regardless. I toasted the bread for an extra added crunch.
My mom would usually add carrots into our curry, but we didn`t have any in the fridge so she didn`t include any.
