I decided to make something simple for dinner today; something simple yet filling. So I chose to make instant noodles. Instant noodles are university students favourite meal to make and eat. Seriously, I know many classmates who practically live on instant noodles. But my problem with instant noodles is that its not filling enough. At the time when I eat it, I am filled up, but I find myself hungry afterwards. So instead of just adding powered broth to the noodles, I decided to switch it up by adding what I could find.
<strong>What I used:</strong>
-Instant noodles (but I left out the powered broth and seasonings, etc.).
-Tomatoes (lots of these to make it into a paste/soup).
-Mushrooms (sliced into smaller pieces).
-Meatballs (already cooked to make it faster and easier to cook).
I must say, this random mixture of ingredients turned out to be quite tasty. I am surprised that my recipe turned out quite nice and I enjoyed it. It sure is different than the standard instant noodles, and it is a bit healthier. Since it contains fresh vegetables and a bit of meat. The next time I eat instant noodles again, I am going to try another creation. Hopefully it will turn out as good as this one!
