This dinner of the day had a premiere for me: it was my first time ever eating sweet potato! I really loved the taste of it and hope I can make some other dishes with it. For this one I incorporated them in a gratin made with spinach and codfish filet. I just defrosted the fish filets and spinach and seasoned it with ginger! The sweet poatoes were peeled and cut in cubes, before I put them in the gratin form I fried for a few minutes in some oil. The sauce just consisted of cream but it adopted the ginger taste so everything would have a nice flavor. Kinda awkward the gratin didn`t need any cheese, so this is definitely a healthy dish. On the side I had some field salad with french dressing.

I still have half a sweet potato left so I`d like to try making french fries or probably mash.
