DOTD: Spinach Salmon Roll, Potato Wedges amp Salad

This is what I had for dinner today. Since it is Good Friday we decided to stick with the traditions and abstain from meat.
So I prepared this spinach salmon roll with my mom this morning. It was really simple to prepare! Just melt frozen cream spinach, add an egg to it, season with a salt and pepper. Pour everything onto a baking tray and top it with cheese. Leave it in the oven for 15 minutes at 200°. Then you`ll wait for it to fully cool down and put cream cheese and smoked salmon on it. Form it into a roll and leave in the fridge for at least 8 hours.
We served the roll with a salad and potato wedges. It was really delicious!
