DOTD: Sausage with Tomato Mushroom Pasta

Tonight was my night to cook again! Usually, we have some sort of chicken dish but ehhh I was getting a little tired of chicken! So after searching in the freezer I found sausages! They were slightly spicy and very delicious! Anytime I make sausages, I like to cook them in a frying pan with a little oil and water over medium heat- somewhat steam them. This ensures they stay VERY juicy when done!

When the sausages were about half cooked (just turned white), I dumped in the mushrooms. Once these were done cooking, I added the tomatoes and let the mixture simmer. I tossed everything with pasta - so good!! And it took me at most 30 minutes to make everything :)
