Tonight was my dad`s turn to cook and he whipped up some sausage pasta! He also added some olives, tomatoes, Italian green beans, and of course garlic! After he cooked the pasta, he quickly sauteed the sliced sausage until done with some garlic and oil. After he tossed in the veggies, and soon after the pasta.
It was so delicious and healthy - lots of veggies and protein! I was so hungry I ended up eating 2 servings!! Ahh if only there were left overs :(
