It probably sounds weird, but I had some salad greens and a pork chop that I needed to use up, so I made a salad out of them! :) The pork chop was marinated with a barbecue sauce, and I pan fried it to cook it. The greens were just a standard mix of mesclun greens. I had some feta cheese that I needed to use up as well, so I crumbled it up, mixed it with some extra virgin olive oil and balsamic vinegar, and voila - instant dressing!
This salad was really yummy (despite it having sort of an unusual combination of ingredients). I like having my salads with some sort of protein, and this one was very satisfying.
