DOTD: Noodle Stir Fry with Egg

A very simple dinner tonight, I haven`t had a lot to do this week, so it`s made me a little lazy. I decided just to make noodle stir fry, fried and egg, and called it a night. My version of noodle stir fry is really easy to make. I get the noodles from my local Asian supermarket, I boil them for 3 minutes, and that`s enough to soften them. Then I put some oil in a pan, toss in some onions, mix in some soy sauce, black pepper, chicken, and then I toss the noodles in. I just toss the noodles around in the pan for roughly 5 minutes. Sometimes I`ll add vegetables, but I was too lazy to wash and dice (;

I fried an egg on the side, and kept it runny, so that I could mix it up with the noodles as I ate it. It`s a very quick, simple, but tasty meal for those lazy days. It`s really filling, but won`t make you feel stuffed.
