Since I`m still sick, I have a lot of time on my hands this weekend and decided to make myself something really good for dinner. I usually try to cook because it`s way more healthier but I don`t have much time since I have full time job and started doing classes again.
I prepared myself mashed potatoes the way my mother taught me which is super good because she likes to add butter and milk in the potatoes for better flavor and texture. I also made some chicken which is just seasoned with some salt and pepper. I love the natural taste of chicken and don`t like to spice it up alot unless I`m BBQing it. This was an amazing dinner, I wish I had more time to make myself dinner every day.
