For yesterday`s dinner we tried to make homemade burgers for the first time before watching the match germany vs portugal. Anyways onto the burgers: we simply seasoned the ground beef with salt and pepper and added an egg. We made the patties into a size we thought that would fit the bun but on the grill they shrank almost 50 percent but they were still big enough. We also put the buns on the grill for a bit to make them crispy. We added ketchup and mustard and for toppings we had lettuce, onions, pickles, tomato, cheese and roast onions. I could barely finish two burgers but when I`m sick I don`t have much of an appetite. The burgers tasted pretty good though!
