Tonight was my dad`s night to cook. Because it was a bit warm, he decided it`d be good to have a cool pasta salad! He baked some chicken, and sliced it up along with some olives, garlic, and tomatoes. To make the sauce, my dad mixed plain yogurt, dijon mustard, and some mayonnaise! Mmmm it was so delicious! And healthy! Because most of the sauce was yogurt not mayo, it was relatively fat free yet still SOOO creamy and thick! To finish off the dish, he sprinkled a little paprika on top to give it some kick!
I LOVED this and will definitely be making my own version in the future!
