Since i`ve had my baby i was never able to drop all of the extra weight i gained during the pregnancy.
In total i gained not that much but the last 2 kilo`s are really hard to loose for some reason. Unfortunately i`ve had some partys lately so that means eating some sweet things, drinking som wine and all of those things.. Not that good for your weight.
Now i`ll be dropping those last kg`s, no matter what happens! No more drinking, and eating unhealthy snacks. My fiance is away for 3 days so i could cook whatever i wanted.
My baby girl is still on milk so i decided just to take some salad, eggs, tomatos and other healthy things.
Overall this was good, but i wouldn`t have eaten it without a dressing. Mine was based on herbs, water and a little oil so it was pretty healthy.
For everyone who wants to drop some weight, just eat salads like this 2/3 a week and you`ll lose the extra weight in no time!
