This is another meal that my boyfriend made...he is a much better home cook than I am. :) For this meal, he coated some pork chops in Panko bread crumbs (which are the BEST bread crumbs ever), and baked them. I also had some steamed carrots and a salad with an oil-free balsamic dressing that I got from Whole Foods.
The pork chop was pretty good! And I am happy that it turned out to be a well-rounded meal...my boyfriend doesn`t like very many veggies, but I always add some to whatever he makes so at least I can have a bit of a healthier dinner. :P
Oh, and I have to say that the oil-free balsamic dressing from Whole Foods is awesome! It`s thicker than just plain balsamic vinegar, so it coats salad greens without making them soggy. Normally, I find that I need to use olive oil to achieve that. I`ll definitely be checking out the other dressing varieties from Whole Foods. :)
