Tonight for dinner, my and my family had fish... Just to be different from usual, since the major part of our diet relies on meat.
It is proved that fish is healthier than meat for a lot of reasons... So we had breaded fish, that is not as healthy as boiled fish or something, since it has bread and it is fried... But you know what? It is fish anyway xD
This dish is very simple and fast to cook... You don`t need to be a chef to get it right, since these are those pre-cooked breaded fish fillets. All that you have to do is to heat the oil, put the fish in it, wait some minutes and it is ready to eat.
My mother cooked some rice as a side dish... It was better to eat with fries, but we already ate fried fish, so she decided that french fries would be too fried things on a dish.
The food was really good, everyone liked it, specially because it is different from the regular dishes and sometimes it is good to change the things we eat.
