Ideal Protein diet that I have been on for 2 weeks really did show me that you can have home cooked meal every night. For dinner I always have to have some protein (beef, chicken, other meat or seafood), and 2 bowls of vegetables. For the past week I`ve been having chicken and tonight I decided to make something different for myself.
To cook the beef I just used some ingredients that I had around my house. I just used salt pepper, lemon, and sauteed dill. I also pour some red wine to the pan for taste and chopped onions. It only took me about 10 minutes to cook the meat and it was super soft and tender. For my side dishes I just got some sauerkraut, cucumbers, and tomatoes.
