So to have a healthy diet, we need to mix up our foods alot.. you can`t just eat
red meat and try to stay healthy because hunny.. that just wont work out for ya!
We have to combine, fruits, veggies, fish, meet.. EVERYTHING.
So in order to keep us in a healthy routine.. my mum does make fish now and then
even though its not as often as we eat meat, its still every now and then.
The other day she thought it was time that we all had a bit of fish so she went out
and bought the ingredients to make this awesome meal.
What she made was battered cod with some chips and mayonaise! Battered cod
is called "Abadejo" here in spain.. and its pretty common!
I must say my mum made a very good job out of this and it was delicious!!
