DotD: Barbecue Pork Chop + Veggies

I just had a simple dinner tonight: a barbecue-marinated pork chop and some frozen veggies (carrots and green and yellow string beans). I pan fried the pork chop, and trimmed the fat off the edges. It was a pretty lean cut of meat, but it was still juicy and delicious. I loved the barbecue marinade - it was really flavourful and made the pork chop really satisfying to eat. The veggies were pretty good, too! I didn`t add anything to them, and they tasted alright, but I think I`ll be adding some salt next time.

I don`t eat pork chops very often, but I really liked this one. It was leaner than most other chops I`ve tried. I think I`ll be making this meal again, as it`s simple and healthy.
