After being starved to death due to a hectic workday, I decided to settle for some Baked Ziti. Initially this was not my first choice for my dinner, but I needed the energy from the carbs to survive the rest of the day. Another plus is that Ill burn it off when I go workout tomorrow. Actually, tomorrow will be my first workout in months ha. Yes I have been a lazy student for the past 7 months.
This is a small Baked Ziti from Sbarro. It is composed of ziti pasta, seasoned tomato sauce, ricotta cheese, mozzarella cheese and Romano cheese. With this pasta, there was a small stick of garlic bread (size of Crazy Bread but thicker). But it is not pictured since I was being a piggy and ate it before I took a picture of it ha.
Overall it tasted pretty good since I was starving and because I enjoy Italian food. The only complaint is that the garlic bread was too overcooked; burnt looking and tasting. This is a great dish to have if you are looking for a quick and yummy meal. I believe this is also a vegetarian dish since it contains no meat. You can make it non-vegetarian by adding meatballs.
