DOTD! Baked Porkchops!

This past week my sister has been cooking every day and this was my favorite meal she made (although they were all yummy!) Im not always a fan of pork because it tends to be dry but i dont know what my sister did to make these porkchops sooooooo yummy! They were juicy and HUGE! My favorite porkchops are the precooked ones, i love to have them fried. But these are my new favorites! They`re sooo flavorful and since they`re baked i sure saved me some calories! haha! I also had rice and kidney beans along with a salad my mother made of cauliflower, string beans, carrots, jalapenos, onions, green peppers and mayo with mustard. My mom went a little mayo crazy without noticing but the salad was still really good & the mustard added a small kick of flavor and color! yum yum!
