DOTD: Baked MacampCheese

For today`s dinner I decided to cook some mac&cheese. For the sauce I just used some instant mixture that you boil with water and then add the maccaroni. On the packaging it was advised to add 100g of grated cheese but I added at least three times as much. Can never have enough cheese! I used gouda, edamer and maasdamer cheese to add a variety of flavors. I baked everything for about 25minutes in the oven. The cheese crust turned out super crunchy and the sauce was nice and creamy. It was really delicious! And since I ate dinner by myself today there are lots of leftovers for tomorrow.
