We had a new instructor for my fitness class today and she was INTENSE!

So I couldn`t even eat a heavy dinner tonight after my class.

Today`s dinner included:
2 slices of Dempster`s Body Wise bread with butter and sugar
Papaya soup
Oikos Peach-mango Greek Yogurt

Though I`m lactose intolerant, I love yogurt so I get digestive enzymes with lactase to help me digest it.

What do you guys think of my dinner?
