I visited the fish market this weekend and decided to pick up something new. They had this fish called Mullet for sale so I took two and it only cost $8.
Mullet fish stuffed with lime, garlic, cilantro and thyme.

Mushrooms in white wine
I marinated the fish with sea salt, lime and garlic. Topped it with chopped onion and tomatoes. I baked it for 25 minutes at 350F. While that was cooking I chopped up the mushrooms and cooked them in butter, white wine, salt and oregano. I have to say I do not recommend this fish just because there isn`t a lot of meat and a lot of bones.
