After the jerk chicken lunch, I decided to go for something more light. Originally I wanted pho, but my stomach was still too full from the jerk chicken so I went for Subway sandwiches instead.
Check out my favorite sandwich, the 6-inch Ham sandwich built my way:
6-inch Parmesan Oregano Bread - 210 calories
Ham - 60 calories
Lettuce, Tomatoes, Cucumbers and Onions - 5 calories
Hot Peppers - 5 calories
Seasoned with salt and pepper
Total calories for dinner = 280 calories!
Very healthy and delicious dinner indeed =) And because ham sandwiches are part of their original sandwiches line, this only cost me $3.87 after tax.
