Today I was feeling kind of stressed so I totally forgot to eat... That`s weird right? It always happens to me. Usually when I`m stressed I just don`t feel like eating at all, which I know is not healthy, but it still happens.
Anyway, my breakfast consisted of coffee with milk, around lunch I ate some green grappes and then I had scrambled eggs with rice for dinner and that`s it.
This is one of the meals I most enjoy doing because it`s so easy, you just have to put 2 or 3 eggs on a skillet, add some salt (I also added parsley and cheese) and it`s done. It`s so easy and fast to make and I like it.
