DOTD - Ginger amp Soy Glazed Chicken With Carrot Puree

As you may know by following my posts, I eat a lot of chicken. To me it`s the most versatile meat to work with. I wanted to change it up a bit so I decided to go the sweet route with this dish.

The Meal:
Ginger & soy glazed chicken
Carrot puree
Avocado wasabi mousse

I baked the chicken at 350F for approximately 40 minutes. Basting it with a sauce of soy, ginger, brown sugar, salt and a little garlic.

The carrots were boiled and then run through the blender with a little butter, salt and basil.

The avocado wasabi mousse was made by whipping some avocados with wasabi and a little bit of cream.
